Conlanger upload page

I, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted permission to Britton Watkins (“you,” “Producer”) and your successors, assignees and licensees to use my likeness and name of my conlang, both in romanization and in its script form, in connection with the motion picture tentatively entitled “Conlanging” (“Picture”) and in connection with advertising, publicizing, exhibiting and exploiting the Picture, in whole or in part, by any and all means, media, devices, processes and technology now or hereafter known or devised in perpetuity throughout the universe. I hereby acknowledge that you have no obligation to utilize me or my work in the Picture.

Your exercise of such rights shall not violate or infringe any rights of any third party. I hereby release you, your successors, assignees and licensees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with such use of my photographs and conlang name, including, without limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation (including libel and slander), false light and any other personal and/or property rights.

I, the conlang creator, retain all copyrights to all files that I upload. I am only licensing the Picture to use images I upload of myself, my conlang name, and any optional additional photographs of artifacts I have created in the film according to the agreement above.
